Group Activities

Yoga – Classes will be held each Tuesday and Thursday at noon in the MCB Wellness Center. The class will last approximately 45 minutes. You will need to sign into the fitness room in order to participate in class. The class will be first come first serve as space is limited. There is no charge to participate. Make sure to wear proper attire for participating in this class. If you have a yoga mat, please feel free to bring it with you.
