The SBA Insurance Billing Office provides billing and payment processing services for insurance premium payments for all Retirees, Survivors, Graduate Fellows, summer billing and employees on leave.

REFUND PROCESS
All refunds will be made via check. The refund process may take 60-90 days. In the event a refund is due to a deceased billing participant, the refund will be issued to the estate of the deceased.
