General Counsel, The Texas A&M University System

R. Brooks Moore administers the Office of General Counsel and serves as the A&M System’s chief legal officer. The office provides legal services for the System Offices and A&M System member institutions and assists in litigation representation provided by the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. The office also secures outside legal counsel services as needed throughout the A&M System.
