System Real Estate Office

The System Real Estate Office (SREO) provides support to the 11 universities, eight state agencies, a comprehensive health science center, and the RELLIS Campus that make up The Texas A&M University System.  SREO is proud to support the System Members in the acquisition, management and disposition of the System’s real estate resources in order to further the goals of the individual Members as well as the goals of the A&M System as a whole. The projects handled by SREO on behalf of our Members have value well beyond the real estate transaction itself. These transactions provide pathways to enhancing the lives and educational experiences of our students, to helping provide spaces for cutting edge research and for innovative technology to be conducted and developed, to assisting communities in times of disaster and to promoting the stewardship and conservation of land for the benefit of all Texans. SREO is also charged with negotiating for and managing all of the Public Private Partnerships dealing with ground leases across the entire system.
