TAMU - Victoria benefits Enrollment

Welcome to The Texas A&M University System. We would like to welcome you as the University of Houston Victoria (UHV) becomes Texas A&M University – Victoria (TAMUV), a proud member of The Texas A&M University System. As part of this transition, teams from UHV and the A&M System are working with the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) to ensure your benefits move smoothly and seamlessly.

Information for Employees

From August 4 to August 7 we are hosting the official onboarding and benefit enrollment sessions for all current, benefit-eligible UHV employees.

These important sessions guide you through your transition to The Texas A&M University System and will help you complete essential onboarding steps within Workday and enroll in your benefits.
Due to limited space, you must register to attend a session in advance.

In Person Enrollment
Dates: Monday, August 4th through Thursday, August 7th
Times: Sessions start at 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM
Location: University Center, Room 205
Registration Link (Advanced registration required due to limited space)

You can attend the A&M System Benefits Fair
Date: August 5 (one day only)
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: University North, Galvan Community Center
Purpose: Learn about A&M System benefits and speak directly with benefit representatives

Information for Retirees

Starting September 1, 2025, your insurance coverage will be provided through The Texas A&M University System. You have been mailed a packet that includes everything you need to understand your new benefits and ensure a smooth enrollment process. You can also find important information on this webpage.

Texas A&M University System Benefits Administration will automatically enroll you in the A&M System Benefit plans that most closely match your current UHV ERS coverage. You can refer to the Benefits Coverage Mapping document as a reference.
