With Accolade Care, you can see and speak with a board-certified doctor or therapist right from your phone, tablet or computer. Primary care
Members get personalized, comprehensive care from board-certified primary care physicians. This includes a full range of primary care services, including preventive, urgent and chronic care, that mirror the services available in traditional in-person settings.

Preventive care
Accolade Care helps members stay on top of preventive care and screenings to reduce disease risk, lower long-term healthcare costs, and ensure they’re living their healthiest lives. Completing your annual wellness exam utilizing Accolade Care primary care providers counts as Step 1 for the Two-Step Wellness Program.

Need to refill a prescription?
Their online doctors can refill most prescriptions and send them to your pharmacy of choice.

What does it cost?
The cost for primary care and mental health therapy is a $20 copay per visit. Preventive wellness exams are 100% covered.

All Accolade physicians hold primary care board certifications. These providers have an average of 15 years of experience and address a range of conditions, including those often referred for specialty care. Many of our doctors have additional training and specialization in pediatrics, obesity, cardiology, orthopedics, and occupational medicine.

Accolade Care is available to employees, spouses, and dependents enrolled in the A&M Care Plan or J Plan. Graduate student employees in the Grad Plan and retirees enrolled in the A&M Care Plan that are Medicare Primary or the 65 Plus Medicare Advantage Plan (PPO) are not eligible.
