Referencing Texas A&M-Fort Worth
When referencing Texas A&M-Fort Worth, use “Texas A&M-Fort Worth” on first reference and “A&M-Fort Worth” on second reference. Do not put a space between the letters and the ampersand (i.e., A & M).
In the course of writing about Texas A&M-Fort Worth, it is acceptable to write Texas A&M-Fort Worth campus (no caps) if necessary for the sentence. If the word campus is not necessary, then just use Texas A&M-Fort Worth.

Referencing Texas A&M-RELLIS
When referencing Texas A&M-RELLIS, use “Texas A&M-RELLIS” on first reference and “A&M-RELLIS” or “the RELLIS campus” on second reference. Do not put a space between the letters and the ampersand (i.e., A & M).

Co-branding Guidelines:
Rellis Academic Alliance University Partners
To indicate a connection to the RELLIS Academic Alliance, RELLIS Academic Alliance university partners can use their own logo in its appropriate colors and place the RELLIS Academic Alliance logo in a black or white color. This allows for the university partner and its program to be the main focus and affiliation, while still recognizing the RELLIS Academic Alliance community. It also prevents any clashing of colors.
RELLIS Departments
Logos for Texas A&M-RELLIS departments are available. Approved departmental logos are able to be utilized in all professional capacities, including for apparel, swag and other items. To request a logo or gain access to existing ones, please contact the Office of Marketing & Communications at marcomm@tamus.edu.
RELLIS Campus Partners
Multiple logos may need to be displayed when RELLIS works with an outside partner. A vertical bold line should be utilized as a graphic element to separate the two logos. For final approval on using multiple logos or assistance in creating this element, please contact the Office of Marketing & Communications at marcomm@tamus.edu.
RELLIS Student Organizations
Only registered student organizations of the RELLIS Academic Alliance can utilize RELLIS logos in promotional materials. Registered student organizations of RELLIS can also use the verbiage “A RELLIS Academic Alliance Recognized Student Organization” on promotional materials to indicate a connection to RELLIS. To learn whether your student organization can use RELLIS logos, contact RELLIS Student Engagement at studentlife@rellis.tamus.edu.
