Creating meaningful imagery through photography is essential building reputation and reach. Our goal is to maintain quality and quantity of still imagery while leveraging our resources in a cost-effective way.
To fulfil your photography needs, here are several options:
In-house staff: Use a staff photographer from within your division, college, university or one of the A&M agencies.
Outside vendors: Vendors that meet qualifications (quality, terms) can be considered. Please request three quotes, including scope, timeline for delivery, and fees. Long-term contracts are discouraged. When a vendor is selected, please notify Chad Cockrum, Director of System Videography, at ccockrum@tamus.edu
Texas A&M System Video Team: The Texas A&M System has the ability to capture high-quality portraits and other still imagery. Please complete this form if you want your project to be considered if the first two alternatives are unavailable to you

Texas A&M System Video Team: The Texas A&M System produces 90-second Chancellor videos as well as a television show, “Around Texas With Chancellor John Sharp.” Please complete this form if you want your project considered for one of those platforms, or if the first two alternatives are unavailable to you.
