Gina Joseph

Gina is Managing Counsel for the Property and Construction section. In this role, she supervises OGC’s work in all real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, construction, leases, easements, facility use agreements, and oil and gas matters.

Gina joined the Office of General Counsel in 2009. Prior to joining the OGC, she was the Managing Partner of a Houston law firm, where her law practice focused primarily on real estate and corporate transactional matters.
