Gina Joseph

Gina is Managing Counsel for the Property and Construction section. In this role, she supervises OGC’s work in all real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases, easements, facility use agreements, and oil and gas matters.   She also has direct oversight of the System Energy Resource Office, which handles all activities involving acquisition, disposition, and lease of mineral estates, and those activities commonly associated with easements and right-of-ways of surface estates.

Gina joined the Office of General Counsel in 2009. Prior to joining the OGC, she was the Managing Partner of a Houston law firm, where her law practice focused primarily on real estate and corporate transactional matters.
