As Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer, Ryan Griffin ensures that The Texas A&M University System’s offices, agencies and universities spend money prudently and in accordance with the direction of the Chancellor, the Board of Regents and the System’s sources of funding. He provides guidance to all A&M System chief financial officers, giving direction and assistance on budgeting and capital projects. He oversees the investment decision-making and debt management of the System’s Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer as well as the finance, accounting, and human resources teams under the Chief Administrative Officer.
