As Executive Vice Chancellor of the Texas A&M University System, Susan Ballabina serves as Chancellor Glenn Hegar’s top lieutenant. She meets operational challenges, troubleshoots problems, and ensures that the Chancellor’s vision for the System’s offices, agencies and universities is applied to day-to-day actions. She makes sure that the Chancellor obtains the best possible information and advice prior to decision-making and that decisions by the Chancellor are implemented and monitored for optimal effectiveness. Ballabina also provides operational oversight of Texas A&M-RELLIS and Texas A&M-Fort Worth, two research and education campuses involving multiple System universities and agencies.
