Forms of Addresses

As a general rule, you should always verify names, addresses, and personal preferences prior to the occasion.

Place cards should be used for assigned seating. Omit courtesy titles such as Mr., Mrs., Miss, or Ms. Do use professional titles such as Dr., Mayor, Major, Senator, etc.

Clip on or magnetic nametags usually work best, lanyards are another option for nametags. Nametags should always be worn on the right side and should be printed, not handwritten. The font should be easy to read. The name of the guest should be in a larger font than their title.Take caution that some guests may have pacemakers, therefore you will need to have clip on or lanyards available for those guests. Also note, when taking pictures it is best to remove nametags.
