Electronic to Individual – New Doctoral Degree

In order to propose a new Doctoral degree program that will be delivered electronic to individuals (online), you must go through the Board of Regent approval process for a new program. Use the New Distance Education Doctoral Program form below to create your proposal. For the rest of the forms go to the New Doctoral Degree webpage for information.

Approval from the THECB’s Learning Technology Advisory Committee (LTAC) is also required.
