As such, the EEOC released an update to the \u201cKnow Your Rights\u201d poster and has directed these go up beginning today. Links to copies of the various format can be found by following the web address below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeoc.gov\/poster\">https:\/\/www.eeoc.gov\/poster<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I am also sharing a link to the EEOC\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeoc.gov\/wysk\/what-you-should-know-about-pregnant-workers-fairness-act\">What You Should Know<\/a> page regarding the PWFA for additional guidance on this law. This page includes answers to Frequently Asked Questions and links to infographics on the PWFA. As a side note, regulations for the PWFA are due by December, 2023, so we will see opportunities for public input before they drop.
