We are opening registration for the Investigator Training that will be held June 6-8 at the Health Science Center. As a reminder, we are charging a $25 registration fee in order to help offset some expenses.\u00a0This training is intended for anyone who will be conducting investigations of civil rights complaints under System Regulation 08.01.01. Additionally, this training more than meets the requirements for any investigators who will investigate non-civil rights matters. Please feel free to invite anyone who might be called upon to conduct investigations.<\/p>\n

In order to register:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please send an email to Aubrey Craft (acraft@tamus.edu<\/a>) with the following information for each registrant \u2013<\/p>\n

In order to pay (each registrant must be paid for separately):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Visit: https:\/\/tamu.estore.flywire.com\/products\/system-title-ix-investigator-training-registration-112752<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Type your name on the \u201cattendee name\u201d line<\/li>\n
  3. Type in your Member Name<\/li>\n
  4. Add 1 \u201cunit\u201d for $25.00 to the cart.\u00a0 You will only be able to add 1 \u201cunit\u201d to your cart.\u00a0 Each individual attendee will need to pay for their registration.<\/li>\n
  5. Your cart will populate with your unit and will drop down a box.\u00a0 Click \u201cview your cart\u201d to continue to checkout.<\/li>\n
  6. You should see a shopping cart summary.\u00a0 If the amount of units is correct click \u201ccheckout\u201d on the right side of the screen. You can checkout as a guest on the next screen.<\/li>\n
  7. Enter billing information on the next screen and click Continue.<\/li>\n
  8. Click the blue Pay Now button and enter your email address and payment information.<\/li>\n
  9. Check the agreement box for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n
  10. DONE!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Registrations should be submitted prior to the close of business on Friday, June 2<\/strong>. Payments must be made by the start of training on June 6. Please contact Aubrey directly with any questions about the registration process.
