As a follow-up to our joint civil rights officer meeting, I want to let everyone know that as of this morning (May 15th), the Department of Education still has not submitted the new Title IX regulations to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. We are now one week away from a decision to delay some of the training programs, as they will be dependent on having a better idea of what the final regulations will entail. Some of the training programs will proceed as planned. We will have specific instructions with respect to training next Monday.<\/p>\n
