Andy had oversight of Title IX compliance while at Concordia, and is very well respected in higher education. This interview, conducted by Dr. Sarah Holtan, provides a good overview of the history of the application of Title IX to sex-based discrimination and harassment, a summary of the expected changes coming from the Biden Administration, and his thoughts on how to build a strong Title IX compliance process.
