A&amp;M System procurement directors\/managers contact information is listed below.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laws, Codes, Polices and Regulations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Texas A&amp;M University System is committed to complying with the existing laws, codes, policies and regulations governing the procurement of goods and\/or services. The governing laws, codes, policies, and regulations are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/statutes.capitol.texas.gov\/Docs\/ED\/htm\/ED.51.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Texas Education Code 51<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.tamus.edu\/25-07.pdf\">The Texas A&amp;M University System Policy 25.07, Contract Administration<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.tamus.edu\/25-07-03.pdf\">The Texas A&amp;M University System Regulation 25.07.03, Acquisition of Goods and\/or Services<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the above, each System member has its own purchasing rules and procedures.
