Prior to joining OGC, he was a partner at a law firm in Louisiana focusing on employment law-related issues representing both public and private entitles in all aspects of employment law, including policy creation and implementation, training and litigation.\u00a0 He is licensed to practice law in both Louisiana and Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court and is board certified in employment law by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.<\/p>\n
