(b) must be approved by the Office of General Counsel pursuant to its delegation under <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.tamus.edu\/25-07.pdf\">System Regulation 25.07<\/a>; and (c) must be approved by the Texas Office of the Attorney General in accordance with<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us\/Docs\/GV\/htm\/GV.2107.htm\"> \u00a7 2107.003(b)(2), Texas Government Code<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/texreg.sos.state.tx.us\/public\/readtac$ext.ViewTAC?tac_view=4&amp;ti=1&amp;pt=3&amp;ch=59&amp;rl=Y\">1 Texas Administrative Code \u00a7 59<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUBMISSION FOR REVIEW &amp;
