Claudene Marshall is Managing Counsel for the Governance section; she joined the Office of the General Counsel in October 2014. Prior to joining OGC, she was an associate in the New York office of O\u2019Melveny & Myers LLP and a member of their Project Development & Real Estate, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices. Claudene represented lenders, borrowers, arrangers, issuers, agents, public and private sponsors, and investors in a variety of corporate transactions, including project financings, project developments, secured and unsecured transactions, acquisitions and acquisition financings and refinancing.
