Warren DeLuca is the Managing Counsel for the Health & Business Affairs section.\u00a0He advises and assists the A&M System and its members on business matters, with a focus on research and other sponsored projects, copyrights, and related issues. He also reviews and advises on system policies and regulations and member rules. Additionally, Warren serves as the Office of General Counsel\u2019s liaison to the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station.<\/p>\n
Warren joined the Office of General Counsel in 2005. Before OGC, he spent several years as a corporate inhouse counsel, including five as general counsel of an engineering, consulting, and software development company, and also maintained a private practice.<\/p>\n
