A&M System Policy 08.01 provides civil rights protections for all protected classes, including race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation or gender identity. The policy can be found HERE.
A&M System Regulation 08.01.01 – Civil Rights Compliance
A&M System Policy 08.01.01 is supported by a regulation which establishes systemwide standards for the receipt and processing of complaints, appeals, or reports (“complaints”) of discrimination, harassment and/or related retaliation based on a protected class (“discrimination”), including complaints made by employees, students and/or third parties.
