A&M System Policy 08.01.01 is supported by a regulation which establishes systemwide standards for the receipt and processing of complaints, appeals, or reports (“complaints”) of discrimination, harassment and/or related retaliation based on a protected class (“discrimination”), including complaints made by employees, students and/or third parties.
