The courses included in the program are listed below along with their primary objective. Each course is hosted in <a href=\"https:\/\/apps1.system.tamus.edu\/Traintraq\/web\/default.aspx\">TrainTraq<\/a>, The Texas A&amp;M University System&#8217;s Learning Management System. To complete the program, begin with the Introduction Course, then progress through the courses in the order listed, concluding with the Capstone Course.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Start with the following course:\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/traintraq.tamus.edu\/CourseDetails.aspx?cnum=2114985\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>2114985 A&amp;M System New Manager Training &#8211; Introduction<\/strong><\/a><br \/>This introductory course gives new managers a quick overview of the whole program and explains what to expect and how to start.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve completed the Introduction Course, continue with the following courses.
