The Department of Risk Management and Benefits Administration is pleased to present the Annual Risk Management Conference for The Texas A&M University System. This conference is geared toward employees responsible for environmental, health and safety, workers’ compensation, and benefit programs, including CEOs, CFOs, human resources/benefit personnel, safety officers, risk managers, and compliance officers.
The conference, scheduled for November 7th, 2017, will be held at the Hilton College Station & Conference Center, 801 University Drive East, in College Station, Texas. Check-in tables will be located outside the meeting rooms of the Conference Center.
HR/Benefits Personnel: An additional morning session is scheduled for Benefits/HR personnel from 8:30 – noon on November 8th. Topics can be found on the agenda.
Safety Council: A Safety Council meeting is scheduled November 8, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. – Noon.

The Hilton College Station & Conference Center is located one mile from Texas A&M University.
From the main entrance of Texas A&M University – Turn left onto Texas Avenue, turn right onto University Drive – go east for one mile. Take a left at 801 University Drive East. Hotel is on your left.
From Highway 6 – Exit University Drive – If coming from Houston take a left onto University Drive. If coming from Dallas take a right onto University Drive. Travel on University Drive one mile and hotel is on the right.
