Health Advocate coming soon

Beginning September 1, 2025, members enrolled in the A&M Care Plan or the J Plan will have access to a Health Advocate provided by Health Advocacy Solutions.

Health Advocacy Solutions provides members a more personal experience with access to health advocates for hands-on navigation and care support, and a full suite of digital wellness resources and engagement levels.

It’s like having your own personal health assistant who can help you:

• Talk to a clinician about your health.
• Get answers to benefit questions.
• Find quality, cost-effective care and save money.
• Understand prior authorization requirements.
• Connect with fitness and wellness benefits to stay healthy.
