FOR MAC USERS
TTVN streams all webcasts using Windows Media technology which is not natively compatible with Apple OS.
For Macintosh users, Windows Media Player for Macintosh is available for download. Macintosh users may also be able to use the Flip4Mac Windows Media Player plugic for QuickTime to view all TTVN video streams.
Important Note: Windows Media Player/Flip4Mac may not yet work with the latest version of the Safari web browser. For the most reliable Windows Media performance on the Mac, we recommend the Firefox browser. We have also successfully used the open source VLC media player to view Windows Media webcasts on Macs.
Installation and Assistance with Windows Media Player
Due to the many variables involved with desktop and laptop media player installations, we recommend that you contact your local information technology support staff if you need assistance with the downoad, installation, or configuration of Windows Media Player, Flip4Mac, Firefox, or the VLC media player.
