Adding A Building

In order for the System’s property insurance policy to provide coverage for buildings, each building needing property coverage must be included in the inventory for the member institution. To add a building to the insured inventory:

  • Fill out a "Facility Insurance Program Evaluation" Form

  • Fax or email the form to Risk Management and Safety at (979) 458-6247, or RMS-Insurance@tamus.edu.

Deleting A Building

To remove a building from the insured inventory:

  • Fill out a "Facility Insurance Program Evaluation" Form

  • Fax or email the form to Risk Management and Safety at (979) 458-6247, or
    RMS-Insurance@tamus.edu.
