How to follow up after the event
  • Post event photos, videos and summaries to your respective website.
  • Send out a news release.
  • Send thank you notes to colleagues who helped plan the event.
  • Respond to requests for photos/videos from the event.
  • Assemble commemorative items such as albums.
  • Reconcile the budget.
  • Conduct a debriefing to determine successes and areas that need improvement.
