How to follow up after the event
- Post event photos, videos and summaries to your respective website.
- Send out a news release.
- Send thank you notes to colleagues who helped plan the event.
- Respond to requests for photos/videos from the event.
- Assemble commemorative items such as albums.
- Reconcile the budget.
- Conduct a debriefing to determine successes and areas that need improvement.
