Each policy and regulation for The Texas A&M University System designates a "Contact Office" within the A&M System Offices. Representatives of these offices (Subject Matter Experts or SMEs) are responsible for maintaining and assisting system members’ compliance with the respective policies and regulations. They are also responsible for conducting regularly scheduled reviews of their designated policies and regulations for possible updates.
