Analysis of the Criteria used to admit students
Though West Texas A&M is not an open door institution, in order to provide opportunities to students who do not have the recommended high school program, class rank or test scores required for admission the University offers a summer provisional program to enable motivated students to more likely succeed when faced with the rigors of the curriculum.
