Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel in July 2011, Nick was Deputy General Counsel for SEMATECH, Inc., a consortium of semiconductor companies, where he worked on a wide range of intellectual property based agreements, other commercial agreements for the development of next generation integrated circuit manufacturing technology, export control matters, resolution of commercial disputes, and on government contracts.
