Gina Joseph
Assistant General Counsel
Gina practices in both the Property & Construction and Business Law & Intellectual Property sections in the Office of General Counsel. In the Property & Construction section, her practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, easements, water law and oil and gas transactions. Gina's business law practice involves representing the System and its members in commercial transactions, purchasing, contracts, and related agreements. In addition, she advises System members on general higher education and employment issues.
Gina joined the Office of General Counsel in 2009. Prior to joining the OGC, she was the Managing Partner of a Houston law firm, where her law practice focused primarily on real estate and corporate transactional matters.
