Steven R. Garrett

Steve joined the Office of General Counsel in July 2011. He is a corporate attorney with twenty-eight years experience as in-house counsel. Prior to joining OGC, Steve was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Texas A&M Research Foundation. His concentration is in federal and commercial research and development contracts, commercial contracts, and intellectual property issues, including patents, copyrights, trade secrets and licensing. Steve also has expertise in employment law and non-profit organizations.
