Warren J. DeLuca Assistant General Counsel
Warren DeLuca practices in the Business Law and Intellectual Property and Governance sections. His business law and intellectual property practice involves extensive reviewing and drafting of contracts and assisting A&M System members in avoiding or solving other problems related to business transactions, research, and intellectual property.
In his governance practice, he focuses on system policies, regulations, and member rules, ethical issues and legislative matters. Additionally, he serves as the Office of General Counsel's lead liaison to the Texas Engineering Experiment Station, and alternate liaison to the Texas Engineering Extension Service.
Warren joined the Office of General Counsel in July 2005. Before joining OGC, he spent several years as a corporate in-house counsel, including five as general counsel of an engineering, consulting, and software development company, and also maintained a private practice.
