  • Out-Processing Checklist To be completed by a terminating/retiring employee's departmental processor on or before the employee's last day of employment to ensure that all of the required out-processing steps are completed. (HR 34 7/09)
  • Retiree/Survivor Bank Draft Authorization To be completed by retiree/survivor to authorize a bank draft for A&M System group insurance coverage. Must be accompanied by a voided check or deposit slip or reflect the electronic routing number and account number. (HR 38 7/09)
