FAMIS Holiday Tables

Don't forget to update Screen 818 with the holidays for your campus, agency or center. This is important for the proper processing of checks, vouchers and interest related issues.

Training Campuses

The training campuses have been updated and are active for FY08. CANOPY Training is ready for FY08 EPA documents.

New Downloads Added

A download option has been added to the following reports:

  • PBAR221 (Aged Un-paid Purchasing Invoices)
  • PBAR233 (All Purpose PIP Report)

Screen 166 (Pending Voucher Inquiry) - PF9 key has been added to download data using Entire Connection.

Search FAMIS Manuals Online

If you aren't sure where to find information for a FAMIS screen, use our manuals search feature.

Click on the Manuals link on the left navigation panel and login with your FAMIS UserID.

After you log in, click on Search, click the "Screen Search" link, type in the desired screen number in the field provided and click "Display". In the following example, you will see that information about Screen 240 can be found in the Enterers and Purchasing manuals.

Screen 240 is located in the Enterers and Purchasing manuals
