New CANOPY Features

Extensive Search and Display features have been added to CANOPY. You may now inquire on purchasing documents, vendors, invoice documents, receiving documents and PIPs. These features are located under the FRS tab and drop-down.

CANOPY Drop Down Choices

Once you are in the FRS module of CANOPY, these Search and Display features are available as tabs.

In Routing & Approvals, the SL account (where appropriate) has been added to the Inbox display for more efficient use of the Quick Action Button.

Direct Requests for FAMIS Reports

When requesting FAMIS reports, do not use your browser's BACK button to return to the first page to request another report. Please use the BACK BUTTON located at the bottom of the second page (below the Comments box) to return to the first page to change your report request or to request another report. If you use the browser's BACK button, the options for the report may display incorrectly.

Year-End Processing

Last month FAMIS Services conducted the annual year-end workshop training session. Modifications to the process were discussed and the new version of the manual was reviewed.

The Year-End User's Manual can be displayed or printed from our "Manuals" web page, after logging in with your FAMIS UserId.

Please consult the manual for the steps to be taken throughout the year-end process. If you have questions, you may contact FAMISHELP.

As a reminder, report requests are due by 3:00pm.
