When emailing FAMISHELP with your questions about a FAMIS screen, report, or error message please provide the necessary information that will enable our User Services group to research your question and provide you with the answer you need.
It is always helpful if you can include a screen shot, document number, etc. If the screen displays a Vendor ID or a person's Social Security Number, please alter this information before sending it in an email message.
If you would like to send a screen shot of a FAMIS screen while you are viewing it, click on FILE, SEND SCREEN. This feature places a text version of the screen data in a blank email message and allows you to alter confidential information before sending it to email@example.com.
FAMIS Services Updates
Our programmers and User Services group have been busy helping our users with FAMIS, Canopy and Concur. Click on our "FAMIS Updates" link on the navigation panel to read about the additions and modifications made to screens, reports, programs and processes.
If you forget your FAMIS password, or need to have it reset, contact your FAMIS Security Administrator.
