Please be sure you have updated your contact lists to our new email addresses (@tamus.edu).  After May 2012, our old addresses (@tamu.edu) will not be deliverable.

Changes to FAMIS Vendor Screens

With the implementation of new systems into FAMIS processing (such as CONCUR, SciQuest, Maestro), there was a need to display additional fields, such as External VID, on Screens 103, 203, 204 and 205. 

The modifications to these screens required that we move the vendor flag fields from the bottom of the screen to the top of the screen in order to make them more noticeable. Also, in the past we displayed a message when these flags were set.  Due to the space requirements, these messages were removed and you will need to check the flag fields to determine the status of the vendor rather than seeing both the flag and a message displayed on the screen.

CONCUR Implementation Begins April 4, 2012

Participating members of the CONCUR / eTravel software implementation will begin using CONCUR for Travel Authorization Requests and Expense Reporting on April 4, 2012. This date was chosen due to the CitiBank billing cycle.

The test environment for CONCUR will be disabled on or before March 19, 2012. Between this date and April 4, the system will be reset and prepared for use and production data - you will not be able to login during this time. Participating Members should spend as much time as possible training users in their locations prior to the March 19 cut-off date.
