Seal

The A&M System seal is used on letterhead, envelopes and business cards for employees in the A&M System Offices. Preprinted shells have been created to provide offices with a cost and time effective way to reflect the System’s brand. Mailing labels, note cards and adhesive nametags also are available.

An electronic ordering system is set up for ordering these materials. (NOTE:  To use the stationery electronic ordering system, you must have a Texas A&M University Stores login ID and password. Obtain a login ID and password here.)

The seal also is used on publications, press releases, advertising, signage and displays, websites, invitations, awards and gift items produced by the A&M System Offices.

The seal can be produced in maroon (PMS 202), black, reversed out of a color in white or in gold or silver foil.  The seal should be used in its entirety, with no alterations or visual distortions and generally should be no smaller than half an inch. Neither the seal nor any of its elements may be combined with any other design to create a new design. If the seal is used in conjunction with a member institution seal or seal, it should be of equal size.

The A&M System seal can be used on items such as awards, certificates, plaques, medallions, invitations, signage and official documents and reports.

Seal Usage on the Web

The system seal may be used on the home page of member institution websites as a standard web link back to the A&M System main website. Each member institution of the A&M System is encouraged to include this seal on its home page for that purpose.
