- SGA Elections on all System Campuses
- May 3, 2010 - Deadline for the President from each Institution/Health Science Center to submit names of CSAB member and alternate for the 2010-2011 academic year to the Chancellor.
May 27-28, 2010 - Meeting in College Station, Texas
- Election of CSAB Officers for 2010-11 academic year
- Review of CSAB’s 2009-10 goals
- Set goals for 2010-11 year
- Visit with current Student Regent
- Attend Board of Regents Meeting
2010 Summer Session
Newly elected CSAB Chair (and other Board officers as necessary) work(s) with the CSAB Advisors (Student Affairs and System) to plan for upcoming year's activities, which include:
- updating, as necessary, Constitution and Bylaws, goals and membership roster - distributing to all CSAB members, System Student Affairs officers and administrative advisors, and the Chancellor
- meeting with the Chancellor to review and discuss the proposed 2010-11 CSAB goals
- scheduling of monthly CSAB TTVN meetings for Fall and Spring
2010 Fall Semester
- Begin monthly TTVN meetings of CSAB
- September 2010 - Group Meeting of CSAB in College Station in conjunction with the A&M System Board of Regents meeting
- presentation of CSAB Goals (by Chair) and campus reports (by Student Body Presidents) to the Board of Regents and all Board attendees
- group and officer photographs will be taken for CSAB website
Early Spring 2011
- CSAB trip to Austin to visit the 82nd Legistation
May 2011
- First Meeting of newly appointed 2011-12 CSAB Group - Date to be determined
- Annual System Student Affairs Symposium
