Listed above is the current agenda item submission schedule for 2010.

Gifts, Donations, Grants, and Endowments Reports are to be submitted electronically to the System Office of Budgets and Accounting in accordance with the submission date schedule published by that office.

Agenda items are to be submitted electronically, signed by the CEO, in Microsoft Word format, to AgendaItems@tamu.edu no later than the date indicated for “Agenda Items to Chancellor.”

Agenda items not received in final format by the scheduled deadline require a late submission request from the CEO, detailing the reason for the delayed submission, subject to approval by the Chancellor and the Chairman of the Board of Regents.

NOTE: Prior to final submission, academic-related items and proposal requests require preliminary review by the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA). The items listed below are to be submitted to the OAA staff, at AA-AgendaItems@tamu.edu, in accordance with the Academic Proposal Submission Guidelines schedule below. For your convenience, specific OAA due dates for 2010 have been calculated for each item and can be found online at http://www.tamus.edu/offices/academic/index.html. The OAA staff is responsible for the final submissions to the Chancellor by the scheduled “Agenda Items to Chancellor” due date.
