This file contains the number of paid work days and paid hours at 100% effort and 50% effort for each month of the current fiscal year.  If an employee's Total Paid Monthly Hours are greater than the Monthly Hours at 50% effort for the relative month listed in this file then that month will be counted towards the employee's Benefit Eligibility.

The calculation for determining  Monthly Hours at 50% is ((Working Days for the Month * 8) * 50%)

The calculation for determining Total Paid Monthly hours for a budgeted employee paid monthly is ((173.33 * Monthly Gross Pay) / FTE Monthly Salary).
