4) How is the OASI covered wage calculated?

The gross pay amount is increased by the following:

Longevity pay; Emolument;

and

decreased by the following:

Pre-tax Health employee pre-tax amount;
Pre-tax Dental employee pre-tax amount;
Pre-tax Vision employee pre-tax amount;
Pre-tax ADD employee pre-tax amount;
Spending account deduction for health care;
Spending account deduction for dependent care, and;
Spending account administration fees.
