If you need access to one of the BCS Systems, security rights must be established. Please fill out and sign the appropriate Statement of Responsibility form to the Authorized Security Requestor for your location. The completed form can be faxed to (979)458-6299 or scanned and emailed to BCSSupport@tamus.edu.

Each form must be signed by a designated Authorized Security Requestor for your agency/institution.
