The Benefits Administration office provides benefit information to Texas A&M System employees and retirees and negotiates contracts with carriers for insurance and retirement benefits. Some of the things you'll find on our website include: Plan Description Booklets, frequently asked questions, insurance forms, subject matter brochures and links to carrier websites. Click here to view the Benefits Guide with information about all plans and their premiums.
Most of the time, if you have questions or concerns, you should contact the Human Resources Office for the part of the A&M System where you work or from which you retired. Click on Contact your HR office for a list of contacts. To access your personal benefit information, go to Single Sign-On.

Whether or not you use tobacco products, it is very important that you confirm your tobacco user status otherwise you and your covered dependents may be considered tobacco-users and may be charged an additional monthly premium. Log into http://sso.tamus.edu/, then go to HRConnect and click on Update Tobacco User Statuses. Once the annual enrollment period begins in July, you’ll be able to designate or change your tobacco-user status through iBenefits.
