Event:      Chancellor’s Summit on Academic Technology

Registration is required. Be sure to take advantage of the Early Bird registration fee of $50 through June 1, 2016 (checks and credit cards accepted). Late registration is June 2, 2016 through June 17th at $75. No refunds – substitutions only.

Join us for an exciting day and a half of discussion and networking as we hear from our opening speaker, Dr. Rob Robinson on how to leverage predictive analytics to power student success and from our closing speaker Dr. Darcy Hardy as we work together to consider “Who’s on First?”

Dr. Robinson will show us how to connect the various silos of data and unlock some surprising insights surrounding student success. Dr. Hardy will help us look at the role faculty, academic affairs and information technology plays in this new era of learning.

Breakout sessions include: Quality Matters; Strategies and Best Practices for Distance Learning; Universal Design and Accessibility; Strategic Growth for Continuing Education; Change Management; Cybersecurity, Innovative Learning Spaces and New Innovative Learning Tools-Appy Hour.

Parking:
Attendees must park in lot #43. Parking permits are REQUIRED! TAMU and TAMUS attendees must display their university hangtag or UB permit otherwise you will need to purchase a permit using the link below. The cost of the permit is $10 and must be displayed both days. 

Purchase a Conference Parking Permit  and follow the instructions –  Select the Conference Chancellor’s Summit on Academic Technology permit. The next page asks to enter a driver license number (this is optional). Click continue to the next page and enter your email address for the permit to be emailed to you.  Submit order then walk through the payment process.  The receipt is the permit. The permit MUST be displayed both days in the dash of the vehicle. 

Please note: If you do not have a permit you will receive a ticket and/or be towed at your own expense.
